Your tasks:
- Organize and coordinate the activities of all warehouses, distribute tasks and responsibilities, ensure smooth organization of work;
- Manage warehouse employees and senior warehousemen, ensure their induction, training, development and control of performance results;
- Ensure timely and accurate registration of goods movement and accounting data in the performance management system;
- Control the processes of receiving, storing, shipping, transferring goods to production;
- Analyze warehouse performance results, monitor established KPIs and submit reports;
- Identify operational discrepancies, coordinate their resolution with other departments and ensure the implementation of preventive measures;
- Initiate and implement solutions to improve warehouse processes, increase operational efficiency;
- Control inventories, accounting of material assets and registration of quality discrepancies;
- Ensure order, cleanliness, equipment maintenance and compliance with employee safety and health requirements in warehouses.
Requirements:
- Team management and work organization experience;
- Knowledge of warehousing, inventory management and goods accounting processes;
- Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems; Knowledge of NAV (Navision) is an advantage;
- Ability to analyze data, work with performance indicators and make decisions;
- Good planning, organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to cooperate with production, purchasing and other departments of the company;
- Responsibility, initiative, orientation towards results and continuous process improvement.
