Warehouse Management Manager

GTV Group is looking for an experienced manager to take on the management and operational improvement of the Kaunas and Panevėžys warehouses and packers
department.
Your task is to unite the departments with common working principles: establish clear
responsibilities, strengthen teamwork and ensure measurable results in productivity, quality and
inventory accuracy.

• The entire warehouse activity cycle – receiving, storing, assembling, packing and

shipping goods to customers.

• Organizing daily activities – setting priorities, planning employees and workloads,

timely completing tasks.

• Improving processes – identifying the causes of problems, implementing solutions and assessing their

impact.

• Establishing common work standards – clear tasks, responsibilities and adherence to agreements in both warehouses and the packing department.
• Developing teams and their managers – delegating tasks, providing feedback and strengthening

independence.

• Managing performance indicators – monitoring and improving productivity, on-time order fulfillment, errors and inventory

accuracy.

• Cooperating with other departments and presenting performance results and improvement proposals to management.

Place of work: 4 days a week in Panevėžys, 1 day – in Kaunas.

• Have at least 3 years of experience in managing warehouse operations and can substantiate the results achieved with specific examples.
• Have practically improved warehouse processes, implemented work standards and ensured that they become part of daily work.
• Have experience in managing several teams.
• Are able to assess the situation, identify the most important problems and create a realistic action plan.
• Know how to involve employees in changes, resolve disagreements and ensure the implementation of agreed

solutions.

• Are able to analyze operational data and use warehouse management systems.
