The most modern and largest mushroom farm in the Baltic region, UAB "Baltic Champs", is strengthening its management team and inviting a warehouse operations process manager to join.
Nature of work
Organization of production and warehouse processes, coordination of team work and ensuring quality and order in all product movement chains - from acceptance to inventory:
- control of employee functions in the warehouse and packaging workshop;
- quality assurance and periodic control;
- data management (work schedules, sheets, etc.);
- work with "Rivile", quality applications;
- ensuring workplace hygiene and safety, filling out journals;
- documentation of production and warehouse processes (waybills, sorting acts, residues);
- temperature monitoring, acceptance, exchange, sorting of goods.
Employee requirements
- ability to plan, coordinate processes and manage a team;
- responsible attitude to work;
- at least 1 year of experience in the field of production, logistics or warehousing, experience in management is an advantage;
- higher or higher education (in the field of production, industry, logistics or management is an advantage);
- good working skills in MS Office programs;
- Category B driver's license.
