Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Sanctions Risk Assessment Group Manager to join the Artea Bank team, who is ready to work in a team, make joint decisions, achieve set goals, be open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

You will be #closer every day and:

• You will lead a team of sanctions specialists, senior specialists and analysts, ensuring clear priorities, performance results and professional growth of employees.
• You will manage the team’s workload, productivity, SLAs, backlogs and quality indicators.
• You will make decisions on complex and escalated payment cases, including the assessment of sanctions investigations.
• You will be responsible for reporting internally and to the responsible supervisory authorities.
• You will analyze the team's performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities and initiate actions to increase efficiency.
• You will cooperate with AML, Compliance, Risk Management, Business and other departments of the bank.
• You will contribute to the implementation of automation, digitalization and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions in the area of sanctions.
• You will prepare and present performance results to management, ensuring operational transparency and KPI monitoring.

To be #closer, you will need:

• At least 5 years of work experience in the area of PPTF or sanctions.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team.
• Excellent knowledge of sanctions and AML regulations.
• Ability to analyze performance indicators, identify problems and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership, organizational and staff development skills.
• Excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
• Responsibility, initiative and result orientation.

We will consider as an advantage:

ACAMS, ICA, CGSS or other AML certification.

• Practical experience in conducting sanctions investigations, submitting sanctions reports to the FNTT and communicating with supervisory authorities.
• Experience in applying sanctions to other bank products, such as trade finance, securities, etc.
• Experience in implementing automation, data analytics or AI solutions in the AML/sanctions area.
• Experience working with international corporate groups and complex ownership structures.

• Salary. The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies, therefore we indicate only the possible range: from 3450.00 to 5180.00 EUR excluding taxes.
