Nature of work
✅ Maintenance of building heating and hot water supply systems
✅ Preparation of heating points for the heating season
✅ Detection of defects in heating point equipment, heating and hot water supply systems, troubleshooting and minor repairs
✅ Maintenance work on water supply and sewage systems
✅ Filling in technical documentation
✅ Communication with clients and consulting them on technical issues
✅ If necessary - preparation of work estimates
✅ Identification of faults and defects, and if possible, their elimination
✅ Preparation of heating points for the heating season
✅ Detection of defects in heating point equipment, heating and hot water supply systems, troubleshooting and minor repairs
✅ Maintenance work on water supply and sewage systems
✅ Filling in technical documentation
✅ Communication with clients and consulting them on technical issues
✅ If necessary - preparation of work estimates

Employee requirements
✅ Higher technical or vocational education
✅ At least 2 years of work experience in the field of automation/HVAC systems
✅ Driver's license category B
✅ Ability to read and understand electrical and automation diagrams (advantage)
✅ Certificate of operation of heating systems (advantage)
✅ Knowledge of the principles of engineering systems (ventilation, heating, refrigeration) - (advantage)
✅ Work experience in plumbing and heating system maintenance (advantage)
✅ AK category (advantage)
✅ Installation, connection, testing, commissioning - adjustment of electrical systems (advantage)
✅ At least 2 years of work experience in the field of automation/HVAC systems
✅ Driver's license category B
✅ Ability to read and understand electrical and automation diagrams (advantage)
