About the position and job functions:
Experienced plumber + leadership experience?
Maybe it's time for the next step. We are looking for a plumber team leader to work on river cruise ships in Europe.
Your team consists of 8 plumbers, and your responsibility is to organize their work, coordinate tasks, monitor the quality of work and perform plumbing work on the ship together with the team.
This is a position for someone who leads not from an office, but from practical experience.
💰 €3400–3650 in hand
🏠 Single accommodation
✈️ Travel expenses are paid
🌍 Long-term projects in Europe
Working on ships and leadership experience, BSN / VCA and English A2–B1 are required.
