Main responsibilities:
- Invoicing, administration and sending to customers.
- Processing, checking and analyzing large amounts of data in Excel.
- Entering and maintaining sales and financial data in systems.
- Preparing reports, analyzing data and monitoring results.
- Optimizing processes and searching for automation opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve data and process issues.
What do we expect from you:
- Experience working with account administration, financial or data administration processes.
- Good Excel skills and practical experience working with: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, data filtering and analysis, large amounts of data.
- Ability to independently analyze and verify data.
- Diligence, responsibility and ability to work in a structured manner.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Advantage - experience with accounting or ERP systems (e.g. Rivilė).
Important:
This position uses Excel daily, so we are looking for someone who already has practical skills in working with formulas and data analysis, and not just basic Excel knowledge.
