We will trust you:
- Supervision of the implementation of cyber and information security requirements – you will monitor the implementation of the Company's internal legal acts and applicable cyber security requirements, assess the status of compliance, identify non-compliance and coordinate their elimination.
- Administration of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) – you will prepare and update draft security documents, administer ISMS processes, coordinate preparation for internal and external audits, monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
- Coordination of cybersecurity risk and vulnerability management – you will participate in risk assessments, analyze identified vulnerabilities and the risks they pose, monitor the implementation of risk mitigation measures.
- Cyber security assessment of third parties – you will assess the compliance of service providers with security requirements, analyze the risks they pose and coordinate the management of identified deficiencies.
- Coordination of cyber incident management processes – you will participate in incident management activities, ensure incident registration, information systematization, escalation and monitoring of the implementation of planned actions.
- Strengthening cybersecurity culture – you will contribute to the organization of employee training, social engineering testing and awareness-raising initiatives, prepare methodological materials and analyze the results.
We hope you:
- You have a higher university education or equivalent qualification.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of cybersecurity, information security, information technologies, risk management and/or compliance.
- You are familiar with the principles of cyber and information security management, risk assessment and compliance assurance.
- You are familiar with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union regulating cybersecurity, including the Law on Cybersecurity and its implementing legal acts.
- You are familiar with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001 standard and the principles of operation of an information security management system.
- You have technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, identity and access management, cloud services and vulnerability management.
- You are able to analyze information, identify risks and inconsistencies, prepare documents and provide reasoned conclusions and recommendations.
- You are able to independently plan work, cooperate with specialists in different fields, communicate fluently in Lithuanian and understand professional information in English.
- We will consider your experience in the field of continuous improvement/LEAN, knowledge of the principles and tools of this methodology and the ability to apply them in daily activities as an advantage
