Nature of work:
- organization of physical security work of assigned facilities;
- quality control of assigned security personnel's work;
- responsibility for schedules and time sheets of assigned facility employees;
- participation in employee selection, control of the recruitment process;
- preparation of reports;
- cooperation with existing clients.
Employee requirements:
- result orientation, qualitative achievements;
- orientation towards employees and the quality of their work;
- experience in the security services market working with at least 50 security guards;
- service sales skills - a big advantage;
- good computer skills;
- responsibility, initiative, organization;
- driver's license.
