Security Specialist

At AB Vakarų laivų gamykla, you will be responsible for:
Fostering a culture of occupational safety;
Daily workplace compliance and risk assessment;
Improving occupational safety and health;
Training and development of occupational safety skills in the workplace;
Filling in mandatory safety documentation;
Implementing safety and health management systems and their elements (meetings, training, internal audits, etc.), administering indicators, and independently implementing initiatives.

We believe that you would be most successful if you have:
Higher education;
A valid occupational safety and health specialist certificate for all types of economic activity;
At least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing company;
Knowledge of English/Russian;
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office;
Such personal qualities as achievement orientation, effective time management, communication skills, responsibility, diligence, ability to convey knowledge.
