A job where every second counts – join the Central Monitoring Station team in Vilnius.
What will you do in this job?
- You will receive and transmit information to security personnel from the central monitoring station;
- You will respond to security system activations - you will call customers, record events in the system;
- You will ensure that all messages are processed accurately and quickly.
Work in rotating shifts - both days and nights.
What do we expect from you?
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian (written and spoken);
- Computer skills;
- Attentiveness, quick reaction and responsibility;
- Experience in call management or a similar field is an advantage;
- Clear, polite communication.
