Join and you will be responsible for:
- Organization, planning and development of the Security Solutions Competence Center;
- Coordination of the work of the team (product managers, architects), task distribution, priority management and ensuring results;
- Strategic development of the security solutions portfolio (firewalls, DLP, IDS/IPS, SOC, IAM, SIEM, etc.), taking into account market trends and customer needs;
- Development of high-value-added security solutions together with sales and project teams (pre-sales, architectural solutions, proposals for customers);
- Development of good practices, methodologies, standards and internal processes and ensuring their compliance;
- Development of team competencies: planning training, setting certification directions, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing;
- Participation in strategic ATEA Group projects and internal initiatives related to cybersecurity;
- Cooperation with technology manufacturers, partners and internal ATEA Group departments;
- Risk, resource and quality management in ongoing security projects.
We are waiting for your CV if you have:
- Have a higher education in IT, information/cybersecurity, telecommunications or similar field;
- Have at least 3-5 years of experience in the field of information/cybersecurity (experience in team management or in the area of competence is a great advantage);
- You are familiar with security solutions and architectures (FW, DLP, IDS/IPS, SIEM, IAM, SOC, Cloud Security, etc.);
- You are able to think strategically and at the same time maintain a strong technical foundation;
- You have experience working with customers, are able to understand business needs and turn them into technical solutions;
- You have very good technical knowledge of English (verbal and written);
- You are responsible, independent, structured thinking and result-oriented;
- Your work style is proactive, focused on continuous improvement and value creation.
Advantages:
- International cybersecurity certifications: CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CCNP/CCNA Security, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto, Check Point, etc.;
- Good practical experience in security standards and methodologies: ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, Zero Trust;
- Experience in creating or developing centers of excellence, service catalogs or "managed security services";
- Experience working in an international organization or group structure.
