Security Manager in Baisiogala

You will become part of our corporate security team and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal requirements and adhering to corporate security guidelines.

As a Security Manager at Rheinmetall Defence Lithuania, your daily tasks will include:

• Implementation of facility plans and guidelines and coordination of necessary security measures, in accordance with company security requirements
• Organization and conduct of security training and information briefings as needed
• Participation in the development and implementation of threat and risk assessments
• Ensuring supply chain compliance with defense security requirements
• Performance of annual security assessments in accordance with the requirements of the company security program
• Management of access control to the facility: granting access rights and issuing permits to employees and visitors
• Coordination and management of security personnel
• Participation in planning and monitoring security-related activities (asset protection, travel security, knowledge protection, crisis management, etc.)
• Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of competence
