We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager for full-time work in Vilnius (office work).
Your responsibilities:

- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Achieving sales goals
- Planning and implementing sales strategies
- Analyzing and forecasting sales results
- Cooperating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitoring market trends and customer needs in the field of renewable energy
Requirements
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management (CRM) and/or business development
- Experience in renewable energy (solar power plants, energy storage, EV)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with a team and achieve results
- Analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Higher education (business, marketing, sales or similar field)
- Experience working with CRM systems and understanding of sales indicators
- Fluent Lithuanian (required), knowledge of English/Russian is an advantage
- Category B driver's license
