Nature of work:
- Management and implementation of solar power plant projects;
- Ensuring project quality and implementation deadlines, tracking project costs;
- Providing technical assistance to project managers, assisting foremen in solving problems, managing a team of employees;
- Providing information on the progress of project implementation;
- Organizing training to ensure a high standard of work quality;
- Coordination and management of technical visits.
Employee requirements:
- Work experience in developing projects in the energy sector;
- Knowledge of solar energy and/or electrical systems;
- Knowledge of construction tools and solar power plants;
- Excellent oral and written English and French, Russian is a great advantage;
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent planning and time management, organizational and collaboration skills.
