Land Transportation Forwarding Manager

Active search for new B2B customers and development of long-term business relationships;
Constant communication with existing customers and partners;
Analysis of customer needs, preparation of offers and ensuring order fulfillment;
Preparation of commercial offers, pricing and negotiations with customers and partners;
Search for cargo on external freight exchanges and customer databases.

Experience in logistics or forwarding is a must.
Experience working with freight exchanges (e.g. Trans.eu, Timocom, Cargo.lt).
Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to independently plan work and respond quickly to situations.
Result-oriented and responsible for one's own decisions.
