CF&S Lithuania is currently recruiting a Head of Land Transport Department to join its team in Klaipėda, who would contribute to the further growth of the land transport business.
Everyday you:
- You will be responsible for the activities and results of the land transport expedition department;
- You will grow the full and partial cargo business, looking for new customers and opportunities in the market;
- You will develop and implement commercial solutions that help increase sales and profitability;
- You will expand your client portfolio, establish new partnerships and strengthen relationships with existing clients;
- You will monitor market trends, identify business opportunities and initiate new development initiatives;
- You will motivate, develop the team and help it achieve ambitious goals.
We expect that you:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the field of land transport, working in expedition, international transportation or logistics sales. We would consider team management experience a great advantage;
- You have successfully developed a client portfolio and generated new business and can base your experience on the results achieved;
- You are fluent in English;
- You are result-oriented and have a commercial mindset;
- You think strategically, are able to make decisions and see business growth opportunities.
