Main responsibilities:
We are looking for a Land Transport Expedition Manager who will be responsible for the smooth organization of international freight transportation processes, customer request management, operational accuracy and effective cooperation with internal and external teams.
- Managing customer requests, solving problems and ensuring professional communication;
- Organizing the transportation process of cargo (partial and full) from receipt of the order to final delivery;
- Planning the load of the truck fleet according to customer needs;
- Working with freight exchanges;
- Cooperation with transport planning, operations and product teams;
- Tracking cargo and timely informing customers and partners about the status;
- Preparing and coordinating documentation, ensuring legal and efficient transportation;
- Tariff analysis;
- Auditing operational documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
- Professional communication with colleagues and assistance to other departments as needed.
We hope you:
- 1-3 years of successful work experience in the field of expedition, logistics or freight transportation;
- Experience working with a freight exchange;
- Good understanding of international transportation processes and market characteristics;
- Result orientation and ability to work according to clear goals;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to independently plan work and make decisions;
- Proactive approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage);
- Geographical knowledge (an advantage);
- Experience working with the CargoWise system is an advantage;
- Work experience with Scandinavian countries is an advantage.
