We invite you to join the Lithuanian Red Cross team! Become a volunteer coordinator in the Šiauliai region (Šiauliai city, Radviliškis district, Joniškis district, Pakruojis district).
You will be responsible for volunteer engagement, motivation, coordination of activities and program implementation.
In this position, your days will be filled with:
Coordination of volunteer activities in the Red Cross Society.
Constant communication and support for volunteers, volunteer group leaders;
Constant cooperation with the communities of the Šiauliai region;
Carrying out administrative tasks and volunteer selections;
Motivational initiatives and community building activities;
Creating and improving volunteer coordination processes;
Working according to the principles of the Red Cross together with like-minded people.

We need you, if you will
You are inspired to contribute to a noble mission and have experience in volunteering or working with volunteers;
You are fluent in the state language, English and Russian;
You have a higher or higher education;
You have excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills, you are proactive;
You are able to work independently and quickly adapt to changing situations;
You have a driver's license and drive;
You are fluent in MS Office.
