Your main responsibilities:
1. Volunteer planning and coordination
- plan the required number of volunteers for each working day of the center, taking into account the scope of activities;
- constantly monitor employment and promptly respond to changes.
- communicate by e-mail, phone and in person.
- accept new volunteers, organize and accompany volunteer groups.
- introduce volunteers to the daily tasks, distribute work, monitor the process;
- briefly introduce the center, its activities and safety rules to newcomers.
- fill in volunteer registers, keep statistics, prepare volunteer contracts;
- manage the activity calendar, prepare short reports for the manager.
- contribute to daily tasks when the team needs it.
We hope you:
- you have experience in volunteering or working with volunteers;
- you are able to work independently, plan your time and set priorities;
- you are communicative, know how to motivate and mobilize a team;
- you speak Lithuanian fluently and at least B2 level in English; Russian is an advantage;
- you support the values of Caritas – openness, respect and love of neighbor.
We offer:
- 0.5 full-time (about 20 hours/week) work from 10:00 to 14:00, weekdays;

- salary from €500 in cash (depending on experience and competencies).
