We are looking for a proactive and responsible team leader who would contribute to the success of our store. In this position, you will have the opportunity not only to ensure the smooth operation of the store, but also to lead the team, rally them towards a common goal, and together achieve high results.

Main responsibilities:
- ensuring professional customer service;
- implementing company goals and achieving sales results;
- team building, employee development and motivation;
- creating a positive atmosphere in the team;
- maintaining and strengthening the store's image;
- participating in daily store processes;
- receiving goods, preparing them for sale, working with the cash register and computer programs.
