Lithuania: 4500-6100 EUR gross/month
Latvia/Estonia: 3900-5400 EUR gross/month

- Facilitate Agile processes and enable teams with appropriate tools, methods and guidelines.
- Facilitate Scrum teams during sprints and support effective collaboration.
- Support project and sprint planning through guidance, training, tools and documentation.
- Manage and optimize delivery flow using Scrum and Kanban practices and measures.
- Support continuous improvement of team efficiency, quality and delivery.
- Develop Agile teams, support the Agile mindset and contribute to the Agile community of practice.
- Manage cost allocation and oversee budget planning, monitoring and invoicing within the Value Stream.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams.
- Deep understanding of Scrum values, principles, and practices.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams towards self-organization.
- Ability to build effective relationships with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment.
- Fluent English.
