Scrum Master

We are looking for a colleague who:

• would perform the role of Scrum Master in IS product development teams to ensure adherence to IS development processes;
• plan and conduct Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily meetings, sprint review, retrospective);
• help the IS product development team remove obstacles and the product manager(s) effectively manage the product development process;
• promote team members' growth, independence, and cooperation with the product manager(s) to understand priorities and goals;
• consult the team and other company employees on the application of Agile methods, promote continuous improvement and the application of Agile methodology best practices in cooperation both within the team and with other departments;
• manage IT initiatives and/or coordinate the implementation of IT contracts;
• contribute to the improvement of the company's IS development and project management process.

For this position, we need:

• higher education;
• at least 2 years of experience in managing IT projects or as a Scrum master;
• IT knowledge and knowledge of the information systems life cycle;
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and experience in practical application;
• excellent ability to express thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian, both written and oral;
• English language proficiency at B2 level;
• ability to work with Microsoft Office software package, knowledge of Jira, Confluence and other information systems necessary for the proper performance of the functions assigned to this position;
• planning and organizational skills, responsibility, initiative, results orientation, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and professional reputation.

Salary:

• 3,086 - 4,300 Eur/month. excluding taxes. The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
