Kaunas - UAB „Hollister Lietuva“

Responsibilities:

  • Supplier and customer invoices accounting and control.
  • To carry out accounting of the expenses of business trips and to administer the GRAM system.
  • Carry out accounting of fixed assets.
  • Perform general ledger (GL) entries and monthly reconciliation of accounts.
  • Prepare delegated monthly closing reports.
  • Provide the necessary data for external and internal financial audit.
  • Provide statutory tax reports such as: VAT, pollution and other taxes.
  • Continuously keep on improving system knowledge as (SAP, Coupa, GRAM, etc.) and ensure the efficiency of accounting processes and optimal utilization of resources.
  • Maintain relationships with and ensure local processes comply with the direction of Hollister Corporate.
  • Accounting and Tax requirements.
  • Participate in new IT system testing process.
  • Actively participate in HPS/LEAN activities, initiate and follow Accounting KPI’s.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Statutory, tax accounting and reporting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Economy required.
  • English and Lithuanian language required.
  • International work experience.
  • Experience working with SAP would be an advantage.
  • ACCA / CFA certificates would be an advantage.
  • Experience in a shared service center would be an advantage.
