As the business continues to expand, we're strengthening our in-house finance capabilities. We're looking for a Senior Accountant to become the key accounting professional in Lithuania, working closely with the USA Finance team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and helping shape how finance operates in a growing international organization.

We're looking for a Senior Accountant to become the key accounting professional in Lithuania, working closely with the USA Finance team. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Own the accounting function for the Lithuanian entity, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth month-end and year-end closing.
- Manage AP, AR, and banking activities, including reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
- Support project and manufacturing accounting by tracking project costs, inventory, and profitability.
- Prepare financial reports, coordinate intercompany transactions, and support group reporting
- Ensure compliance with Lithuanian accounting and tax regulations, IFRS, VAT reporting, and audit requirements.
- Partner closely with the CEO, COO, and USA Finance team to improve processes, drive automation, and support business growth.

- Competitive salary: 3500-4100 EUR/gross, depending on your experience.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Brings at least 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Has a strong understanding of Lithuanian accounting and tax legislation, as well as IFRS.
- Has hands-on experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Is confident working independently, taking ownership, and managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Communicates fluently in English and enjoys collaborating with international stakeholders.
- Is proactive, curious, and motivated to improve processes through automation, AI, and modern finance technologies.
- Values integrity, collaboration, continuous learning, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or project-based businesses would be considered an advantage.
