We are looking
We’re looking for someone who feels confident owning revenue and reconciliation processes in a fast-moving digital business.
You’ll work closely with subscriptions, payment providers, and large volumes of transaction data, helping us keep everything accurate, structured, and running smoothly. We’d love someone who not only notices issues, but also enjoys improving how things work overall.

Get ready to
- Take ownership of revenue-related accounting processes across different payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, Adyen, etc.).
- Lead reconciliations between internal systems and payment providers.
- Investigate discrepancies between systems, payment providers, and accounting records, and proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure revenue data is accurate, structured, and properly reflected in accounting and reporting processes.
- Coordinate and support month-end closing activities related to revenue streams and PSP reporting.
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, and other teams to improve revenue tracking and reconciliation processes.
- Help build and improve internal controls, reporting structure, and operational efficiency around AR processes.
- Support the team with revenue-related questions and share knowledge when needed.
- Gain a deep understanding of subscription-based business models and digital payment flows.
We expect you to
- Have solid experience in AR accounting, reconciliations, or revenue-related accounting.
- Be confident working with PSPs like PayPal, Stripe, Adyen, or similar platforms.
- Understand subscriptions, recurring payments, refunds, chargebacks, and transaction flows in practice.
- Feel comfortable handling large volumes of financial data and complex reconciliations.
- Be analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying issues.
- Be able to work independently and take ownership of processes.
- Have experience with Business Central (BC) or similar accounting systems.
- Be fluent in Lithuanian and English.
