We are developing an ambitious B2B SaaS product in the field of architecture and spatial data. We are looking for an experienced backend engineer to contribute to the development of its technical core.
This is a hands-on position for someone who is able to quickly understand complex systems, make sound technical decisions and implement them. We are looking for a colleague who will work together with the product team, actively participate in the development and implementation of technical solutions and contribute to reliable, consistent development of the system.
What you will do -

What you will do -
- Develop and maintain server logic, APIs, data models, databases and external integrations.
- Work with TypeScript / Node.js backend and Python processes for data processing, calculations and AI integrations.
- Dig into existing code, set technical priorities together with the product team and suggest how to develop the system safely.
- Develop automated tests, reliable deployment processes, monitoring and error logging.
- Implement secure login, user access rights, file storage, and contribute to data protection at a technical level.
- Integrate AI solutions, assess their quality, speed, reliability, and cost.
- Collaborate with the product team, help troubleshoot technical issues, and implement selected solutions.

- Very good TypeScript and Node.js skills.
- Good Python skills and experience with data processing, algorithms or integrations.
- Experience in developing and maintaining backend systems, APIs, data models and databases.
- Ability to quickly understand existing code and improve it safely.
- Experience with automated tests, deployment processes, monitoring and data protection.
- Ability to independently implement functionality from idea to working result.
- Pragmatic approach, responsibility for the result and clear communication.
- Good knowledge of English to work with technical documentation, tools and integrations.
It would be a great advantage
- Practical experience with ezdxf or other DXF / CAD file reading, generation or transformation tools.
- Experience with GIS, PostGIS, maps or coordinate systems.
- Experience with AI model APIs, document analysis, RAG or agent systems.
- Experience with React or Next.js.
We offer you
- €4,500–5,600 gross per month, depending on experience and level of responsibility.
