Senior Data Scientist – Marketing

We are looking for aSenior Data Scientist - Marketing to join our Data Science team and help us turn customer and business data into actionable insights and data-driven solutions.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of Data Science, customer behavior and marketingg, solving complex analytical problems and developing models that help us better understand our customers, personalize their experience and improve the effectiveness of our marketing activities.

You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, Data and Technology teams, taking data science solutions from identifying a business problem through modeling, experimentation and implementation.

Every day, you'll be #closer and:

• Develop marketing attribution models to measure the impact of different channels and customer touchpoints.
• Build LTV and payback models to support marketing investment decisions.
• Develop Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to optimize marketing effectiveness and budget allocation.
• Analyze customer, transactional and marketing data to identify growth opportunities and actionable insights.
• Build the data and measurement setup needed for high-scale expansion.
• Work closely with Marketing, Data, Product and Technology teams to turn business questions into scalable data science solutions.
• Design and evaluate experiments and A/B tests to measure the impact of marketing and customer initiatives.

To be #closer, you'll need:

• Solid professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and relevant data science libraries.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability and machine-learning methods.
• Experience with at least some of the following:

customer segmentation;

propensity modeling;

churn prediction;

recommendation models;

experimentation / A/B testing;

customer lifetime value;

behavioral analytics.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business questions into data science problems and practical solutions.
