ARE YOU READY TO?
- Design and maintain scalable data solutions that collect, transform, validate and centralize data, ensuring reliable and analysis-ready information across the organization.
- Develop automated reporting, dashboards and self-service analytics solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Build data-driven solutions that improve financial control, automate business processes, identify revenue opportunities and reduce manual effort.
- Develop analytical and predictive models to support operational performance, planning, efficiency improvements and business performance monitoring.
- Implement data quality controls and governance practices that improve data accuracy, consistency and trust in reporting.
- Transform manual and spreadsheet-based processes into scalable and automated data products that improve efficiency, transparency and collaboration.
- Communicate insights effectively through visualizations, presentations and close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to solve business challenges.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong foundation in data modeling, statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience manipulating high-volume data in complex, data-rich environments.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Previous experience in a similar industry or domain would be considered as an advantage.
- Familiarity with model deployment would be considered as an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages, both spoken and written.
