We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer to manage and consistently improve software development and deployment practices, ensuring system stability, security and reliable operation.
You will have a direct impact on the quality of solutions by automating infrastructure, developing CI/CD processes, implementing monitoring and incident management practices and working closely with programmers.

In this position you will:
- you will manage and develop the application development ecosystem, ensuring its reliability, security and compliance with established standards and good practices;
- you will form and improve application development and deployment practices, design CI/CD processes;
- you will create, implement and maintain deployment and other automation solutions;
- you will standardize and automate development processes, contribute to the application of unified automation practices;
- you will provide methodological and technical assistance to application development teams on deployment and automation issues;
- you will prepare and update the platform's technical documentation, usage guidelines and recommendations.
What do we expect from you:
- higher university education in the field of technological sciences (minimum bachelor's degree);
- at least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar cloud platforms, including their implementation, administration and maintenance;
- experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD and other automated processes;
- very good automation skills using PowerShell or other automation tools;
- strong analytical skills and the ability to identify the causes of failures and propose solutions;
- skills in working with IT service and work management and documentation systems, such as Jira and Confluence;
- the ability to clearly and fluently express thoughts orally and in writing in Lithuanian and English;
- responsibility, initiative, result orientation and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team;
- interest in innovations in the field and motivation to constantly improve.
We offer you:
- salary depending on your competencies and experience. DU range: 4128- 6192 Eur (gross);
- hybrid work model 3 + 2: 3 working days in the office and 2 working days remotely;
- workplace in Vilnius, Žalgirio g. 90;
- additional benefits package: health insurance, 6 additional days off per year and budget for professional development.
