What you will be doing
- Take ownership of our paid acquisition efforts across multiple channels. You will grow and optimize our performance marketing activities from the first ad impression to account activation, and help scale our lead generation engines.
- Work across several areas of digital marketing: paid acquisition, analytics and tracking, conversion optimization, content and inbound marketing, funnel strategy, and creative direction. You will manage campaigns end‑to‑end, run A/B tests, improve landing pages, and support email automation to improve key metrics like CTR, CVR, CPA, and LTV:CAC.
- Lead our Google Ads work (Search, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen, PMax). You’ll shape campaign structure, scaling strategy, segmentation, and collaborate with our agency to ensure fast and high‑quality execution.
- Explore and test new acquisition channels, develop inbound strategies, and suggest new partnerships, funnel ideas, and automation improvements.
- Build and oversee social media channel strategies and create content funnels that support both organic and paid growth efforts.
- Write effective ad copy, evaluate creative quality, and guide designers toward performance‑driven visual solutions.
- Manage budget allocation and optimize ROI through experimentation and advanced bidding strategies.
- Use your expertise with tracking tools (GTM, GA4, conversion APIs, Meta Pixel, server‑side tracking, enhanced conversions) to improve existing setups and identify new tracking opportunities.
- Work with data in BigQuery and Looker, ensure data accuracy, resolve tracking discrepancies with agencies and IT teams, and build performance dashboards that support decision‑making.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, our digital team, external agencies, and colleagues across Bigbank in Europe.
What we expect from you
- You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing – ideally in roles such as Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Project Manager, Growth Hacker, or CRO Specialist.
- Strong skills in performance marketing, growth tactics, funnel building, optimization, landing page creation, A/B testing, tracking, and data interpretation. You naturally think in systems and full customer journeys, not one‑off campaigns.
- A solid analytical mindset and the ability to use data to shape strategies, explain performance drivers, and make decisions.
- You’re independent, organized, and proactive – you manage projects from start to finish and take ownership when solving challenges.
- A cost‑efficient approach to marketing. You understand the value of efficiency and look for ways to achieve more with less.
- A hands‑on attitude, curiosity, and a drive to explore new growth opportunities.
- Strong English skills (B2/C1 level).
