About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships, drive cross-functional collaboration, and oversee the successful planning and execution of digital media campaigns. This is a client-facing role for a strategic thinker who combines strong project management skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing and media.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted, long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate collaboration between clients, internal teams, and media partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Plan, manage, and oversee digital advertising campaigns from briefing to delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that support clients' business objectives.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices, applying them to improve campaign performance and client success.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, communications, media planning, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital media channels and the principles of media planning.
- Excellent analytical skills with hands-on experience using platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.
- Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
- A proactive attitude, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
