Senior FX Sales Executive

Our client – a fast-growing international FinTech company – is looking for an experienced Senior FX Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Lithuanian market. This role offers the opportunity to work with internationally operating companies, develop expertise in foreign exchange solutions, and build long-term client relationships within a dynamic and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to client onboarding.
• Promote FX and international payment solutions.
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Main Requirements:

• 3–5 years of B2B sales or relationship management experience.
• Proven experience selling FX, international payments, or financial products.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Fluent Lithuanian and English.
• Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within the financial services or FinTech sector would be considered an advantage.
