We don’t run just simple funnels.

We drive traffic to longer funnels than just product sales pages which means tracking and attribution actually matter

We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of Google Ads performance - and build a system that shows what actually drives revenue.

What you’ll be doing 🚀

This is a hands on role with ownership of Google Ads performance.

You will:

  • Plan and manage Search campaigns with clear structure and intent (keywords, bids, negatives)
  • Decide when to use manual control vs automation depending on the situation
  • Take ownership of tracking and attribution across multiple websites and funnels
  • Identify where performance is lost — and how to fix it

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Optimize campaigns based on data and intent, not just platform suggestions
  • Adjust bids and structure based on keyword value
  • Expand and refine keyword coverage and negative lists
  • Test and scale additional channels (Shopping, Display, YouTube) - where they make sense

🌍 What we expect

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search is a must)
  • Understands how to balance:
👉 control (keywords, structure, intent)
👉 and automation (when data supports it)
  • Can work with imperfect data and still make good decisions
  • Understands how tracking works across:
  • multiple websites
  • longer funnels
  • indirect conversions

You should:

  • Be able to question data and validate it
  • Understand how attribution can be misleading
  • Connect traffic → funnel → conversion

Big plus:

  • Experience with Wordpress, Shopify / YouTube / Display
  • Experience with tracking tools (GTM, GA4, etc.)
  • Experience in eCommerce
