THE SENIOR HR SPECIALIST WILL:
- Together with the HR Specialist, work on the full cycle of crew selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes;
- Assist in creating policies, procedures, and manuals related to crew selection, onboarding, and other HR processes;
- Assist in drafting contracts and agreements for flight and cabin crew members;
- Monitor crew feedback and identify opportunities to improve employee engagement, communication, and the overall crew experience;
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving crew processes, employee experience, retention, and operational efficiency;
- Monitor developments in the aviation market, conduct relevant analyses, and implement improvements based on market trends and industry practices.
YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY IF YOU HAVE:
- 3+ years of HR experience;
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related field;
- Experience in aviation (ACMI preferred);
- Experience in supporting flight and cabin crew;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactivity and ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluent English language knowledge, both written and spoken.
