Job description
At Citadele, we're building a simpler and smarter banking experience. We're looking for a Senior Insurance Product Owner to take ownership of an insurance product area across the Baltics, combining business ownership, digital sales development and strategic project delivery.
You will work with insurers, insurtech partners and teams across Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia to grow the insurance business and continuously improve how customers discover and buy insurance through our channels.

GET READY TO:
- Take end-to-end ownership of an insurance product area, including its business performance and development roadmap across the Baltics.
- Lead business and digital development initiatives from idea and business case to implementation and measurable results.
- Develop and optimise digital insurance sales journeys, focusing on customer experience, conversion and growth.
- Use customer, sales and market data to identify opportunities and make business decisions.
- Build strong cooperation with insurance and technology partners, IT and internal business teams.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 5+ years of experience in insurance, bancassurance, fintech, digital products or a related field.
- Good understanding of insurance products and distribution combined with hands-on experience in digital sales or online customer journeys.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to connect customer needs with measurable business results.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with business, IT and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English skills.
