About The Position
We're seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Senior Inventory & Fulfillment Manager to lead our global inventory operations across multiple brands, warehouses, and fulfillment partners. You aren't just a strategist—you are the operational engine ensuring products move efficiently, stock levels remain healthy, and fulfillment operations run smoothly across three continents.
This role is about managing the full physical and digital flow of goods. You will work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, Amazon operations, and internal teams to maintain inventory accuracy, optimize stock allocation, and prevent operational bottlenecks before they impact growth. Your decisions will directly impact product availability, operational efficiency, and profitability across the business.

What You'll Do
- Own Global Inventory Operations: Manage daily inventory movement across warehouses in the USA, UK, and Europe while maintaining optimal stock levels across all brands and sales channels.
- Master Inventory Systems: Become the primary power-user of our inventory planning and stock management tools while ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency across the system.
- Manage Procurement & Supply Flow: Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to place purchase orders, monitor production timelines, and track shipments until warehouse delivery.
- Lead 3PL Relationships: Act as the main operational contact for international 3PL partners, monitoring receiving speed, shipping performance, inventory accuracy, and SLA compliance.
- Optimize Stock Allocation: Execute inventory transfers between regions and warehouses to prevent stock-outs and balance inventory efficiently across markets.
- Oversee Amazon Inventory Health: Monitor Amazon FBA stock levels, storage limits, replenishment cycles, and inventory balancing between FBA and internal warehouse networks.
- Drive Operational Efficiency: Continuously identify opportunities to improve inventory turnover, reduce fulfillment costs, and optimize operational workflows.
- Stay Ahead of Operational Risks: Proactively audit stock levels, shipment timelines, and inventory forecasting to solve issues before they impact revenue or customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of proven experience in eCommerce operations, inventory management, fulfillment, or supply chain management within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record managing multi-region inventory operations across the USA, UK, Europe, and/or Amazon marketplaces.
- Operations-First Mindset: Comfortable operating in the day-to-day execution layer of inventory movement, warehouse coordination, and fulfillment management.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with inventory management, stock planning, ERP, or fulfillment systems such as Inventory Planner, Linnworks, Skubana, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
- Multi-Brand Experience: Ability to manage complex SKU portfolios across multiple brands while maintaining strong operational organization and accuracy.
- Logistics & Fulfillment Knowledge: Understanding of international inventory movement, customs processes, warehouse operations, and fulfillment optimization.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret operational data, forecast inventory needs, identify inefficiencies, and improve operational performance.
- Proactive Mindset: You don't wait for problems to happen - you stay ahead of demand, monitor inventory closely, and take ownership of operational execution.
Salary & Sweeteners
Salary: 2,600 - 3,500 EUR/Month GROSS (Open to discussion based on your skills and competencies).
