About us
LTK Food Group runs Chili Pica, a pizza restaurant chain with 20+ restaurants across Lithuania. We also have our own digital tools for ordering, payments, and data analytics.

What you'll do:
AI adoption
- Lead practical AI adoption across the group: pick the tools, set rules for safe use (data protection, human review) and train the teams.
- Design, build and lead the implementation of AI-assisted workflows and automations for finance, HR, marketing and operations.
- Measure how much time or money each automation saves. Keep what works and drop what doesn't.
- Keep up with developments in LLMs and AI agents and test what could matter for us.
IT infrastructure and operations
- Own the group's IT: systems, network, devices, cloud services, accounts and access, at the head office and in 20+ restaurants.
- Make sure new and renovated restaurants open with IT that works on day one: POS, network, devices and integrations.
- Lead our in-house IT specialists and coordinate external IT service providers.
- Be responsible for IT security: access rights, two-factor authentication, backups, updates and incident response.
- Manage IT vendors, licenses and contracts. Know what we pay for and cancel what nobody uses.
Systems, integrations and data
- Know our systems in depth: POS, ERP and accounting, payments, delivery platforms, the data warehouse and Microsoft 365. How they connect, where data flows and what depends on what.
- Find what can be simplified, integrated or replaced, and come back with a proposal that shows cost and benefit.
- Keep data reliable. When two systems show different numbers, find out why and get it fixed.
Working with our digital product partners
- Connect business teams with our external product developers: turn business needs into clear technical requirements and take part in setting priorities.
- Before new features and integrations go live, check they fit our infrastructure, security, and data rules. Take part in acceptance testing.
- Understand the technical decisions partners make and challenge them when something doesn't add up.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, systems or infrastructure, with real technical depth.
- Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, databases and cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs or automation platforms. You have built something that people actually use.
- Experience managing IT vendors and working with external developers.
- Practical knowledge of IT security and IT operations.
- You troubleshoot until you find the real cause.
- You can explain technical topics plainly to non-technical colleagues.
- You watch costs and read licenses and contracts the way you'd read your own bills.
- You can set priorities, take initiative and drive technology projects from idea to implementation.
- High ownership. You work independently.
Nice to have
- Experience with technology in hospitality, retail or other high-volume transaction businesses: POS systems, payments, SaaS products.
- Microsoft 365, Azure or Fabric administration.
- IT for a multi-site business.
