ARE YOU READY TO?
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and audits of contractors/subcontractors in accordance with the Compliance Monitoring Program.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable aviation regulations, company procedures, and industry standards (EASA, IOSA, NAA, Part-CAMO, Part-145, AIR OPS).
- Manage audit findings, including registration, communication to stakeholders, corrective action follow-up, and extension control.
- Prepare audit reports and present results to management, auditees, and regulatory authorities.
- Analyze compliance-related data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in internal, external, customer, and authority audits, representing the organization in compliance-related matters.
- Deliver compliance-related training and awareness activities to employees when required.
- Communicate compliance information to relevant stakeholders through meetings, reports, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company procedures, regulatory requirements, and audit methodologies.
- Ensure all documentation, records, and data required for audit activities are available and properly maintained.
- Support supplier approval and oversight activities, including provider evaluation, approval, monitoring, and removal processes.
- Evaluate deviations, concessions, and out-of-scope/out-of-phase activities in accordance with approved procedures.
- Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with established quality standards and best practices.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- University degree in Aviation or a related field, or a minimum of 2 years of aviation industry experience.
- Previous auditing experience is preferred;
- Previous experience in Part-145 or CAMO organization would be an advantage;
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations and industry standards, including EASA, IOSA, NAA, Part-CAMO, Part-145, and AIR OPS requirements.
- Good command of English, with the ability to understand regulatory documentation and technical instructions.
- Knowledge of audit principles, methodologies, and compliance monitoring systems.
- Understanding of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and aviation quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently, objectively, and with a high level of professional integrity.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment.
