We're looking for someone who already has solid Meta Ads experience and wants to take more ownership in scaling, not just managing campaigns.
- Currently managing 6 figure monthly ad spend
- Already reached ~7 figure monthly revenue (at peak)
- Now focusing on scaling key brands further
- Next step: expansion to worldwide markets

What you'll be doing 🚀
This is a hands-on role with full ownership of performance.
You will:
Day to day, you'll:
We move fast:
👉 idea → live test in 1–3 days
You will:
- Own Meta Ads performance end-to-end (from testing to scaling)
- Plan and execute campaign structures, testing frameworks and scaling strategies
- Identify growth opportunities across creatives, offers, funnels and markets
- Make decisions based on data — what to push, what to fix, what to cut
Day to day, you'll:
- Launch and optimize campaigns
- Run structured tests and iterate quickly
- Scale what works across markets
We move fast:
👉 idea → live test in 1–3 days
🌍 What we expect
We're looking for someone who:
You should understand:
You've worked with meaningful budgets
(at least 5-figure/month, ideally more)
Big plus:
- Has hands-on experience with Meta Ads in eCommerce
- Is comfortable both executing and thinking about next steps
- Can read numbers and turn them into clear actions
- Understands how Meta actually works, not just how to use it
You should understand:
- CR, AOV, LTV, CAC / payback
You've worked with meaningful budgets
(at least 5-figure/month, ideally more)
Big plus:
- Google Ads experience
- Experience across multiple markets
