OBJECTIVE:
- Manage the Business Case process: from opportunity search and audience analysis to presentation of the implementation strategy and plan to the bank's management;
- Be a link between business and technology: prepare business requirements, understand the logic of system operation;
- Ensure continuous improvement of products and processes: monitor the operation of existing products, solve daily tasks and implement more effective solutions;
- Monitor market innovations and technological innovations, initiate timely justified product improvement and development.
MOST IMPORTANT:
- 3+ years of experience in product development or project management (finance sector is an advantage);
- Ability to see the big picture, understand how individual changes affect the process chain;
- Analytical literacy: ability to independently collect data, structure it and provide reasonable conclusions;
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for the final result, ability to turn ideas into working solutions;
- Personal qualities: quick orientation, critical thinking, teamwork and ability to argue one's point of view;
- Excellent English (both in communication and in preparing documentation).
PROPOSAL:
- 2800–4000 EUR monthly salary (excluding taxes);
