Currently we are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Littelfuse Quality Team. In this role you will oversee testing, measurement, and inspection processes while leading a team and working with advanced measurement tools.
This role is based on-site in Kaunas and reports directly to the Plant Quality Manager.

ABOUT THE JOB:
- Lead and train team members in measurement and inspection processes
- Supervise functional and optical testing, geometrical measurements, and visual inspections
- Prepare reports and technical specifications for project activities and serial production
- Manage documentation to ensure all parts have proper inspection, measurement, and verification instructions
- Identify areas for improvement, recommend process changes, and lead relevant updates
- Participate in workshops and projects related to function and departmental activities
- Functional testing of final goods
ABOUT YOU:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Hands-on experience with measurements and inspections
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong technical skills with high attention to detail
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Experience in leading and supporting a team would be an advantage
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus but not required
