We are looking for an R&D Project Manager to lead technical development projects from planning to successful delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, resources, budgets, and risks, and ensure clear communication with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. This role is ideal for a structured, proactive, and analytical professional who takes ownership, makes informed decisions, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
- Manage multiple R&D projects from initial concept through successful delivery—setting priorities, defining timelines, allocating team resources, and keeping everyone aligned.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure key milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- When plans no longer reflect reality, help the team adapt quickly by proposing solutions, adjusting priorities, and initiating the necessary changes.
- Turn complex project information into a clear and actionable overview by preparing status, budget, risk, and progress reports, while maintaining accurate and well-organised documentation.
- Act as the key link between customers, partners, and internal teams—leading meetings, coordinating decisions, and ensuring smooth and effective communication.
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an R&D, engineering, electronics, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- The ability to manage several projects simultaneously and establish realistic priorities.
- Professional proficiency in English and native or fluent Lithuanian.

- Experience working with international customers, suppliers, or partners.
- Knowledge of project portfolio and resource-capacity planning.
- Experience with project management systems, Power BI, AI tools, or similar solutions.
- Polish or German language skills.
