Senior Sales Specialist

Global Ocean Link Lithuania, a European intermodal logistics operator with a strong presence in Poland, Hungary, and Lithuania, is expanding its Vilnius office and strengthening the sales department. We are looking for a talented senior sales specialist who wants to grow their career in an international company and may have the opportunity to lead the sales department in the future.

Key responsibilities:
· Active B2B sales of logistics services.
· Prospecting and acquiring new clients, conducting negotiations, preparing commercial offers, and signing contracts.
· Supporting and developing relationships with existing clients.

Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics services sales.
· Good understanding of the logistics market (road/sea/air/multimodal transport).
· Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

Languages:
Lithuanian - priority
English - priority
Knowledge of Russian is not required, but is a plus.
