Panda Ventures is seeking a hands-on Senior SEO Specialist to join us at an early stage and transform Demilked into a powerful, affiliate-driven publisher business. In this pivotal role, you will have true ownership to build our organic strategy from the ground up, directly linking SEO growth to core business outcomes like revenue, referred sales, and commercial content performance. We are looking for a growth-minded leader with a proven track record of scaling affiliate, media, comparison, or commerce-driven websites who can seamlessly balance high-level strategy with execution to drive long-term organic visibility.

What You Will Do:

• Developing and executing SEO strategies focused on growth;
  
• Building AI-search-based strategies for Google, LLMs, and AI-driven discovery;
  
• Growing rankings for commercial and affiliate-intent keywords;
  
• Identifying high-potential keyword and content opportunities;
  
• Working closely with content and affiliate teams to turn keyword opportunities into content that can generate business results;
  
• Supporting the business side by identifying categories, products, and topics where affiliate managers can secure better deals and partnerships;
  
• Improving existing content, internal linking, site structure, and technical SEO;
  
• Analyzing performance data, sharing insights, and taking proactive action towards growth goals;
  
• Planning SEO priorities and budgets based on expected business impact;
  
• Leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and AI-powered SEO platforms to increase output quality, research depth, and execution speed.

This role can grow together with the business. The goal is for this person to become the key owner of our SEO direction—building the system, proving the growth engine, and later building a team around it. For the right person, we are open to discussing not only a competitive salary, but also a long-term incentive structure, including a potential stock option package tied to the success and growth of the venture.

Compensation: Starting from €4,000 gross/month + stock option possibility.
