We are looking for a Senior Vehicle Administration Specialist to join our Transport Asset Management team. In this role, you will ensure that vehicles are properly maintained, documented and prepared for sale.

We are looking for a Senior Vehicle Administration Specialist to join our Transport Asset Management team. In this role, you will ensure that vehicles are properly maintained, documented and prepared for sale.
What you will do:
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and technical condition.
- Collect and analyze vehicle-related information and documentation.
- Supervise vehicle preparation for sale.
- Review and approve vehicle defect reports.
- Coordinate and resolve claims related to vehicle technical condition.
- Cooperate closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing and other internal teams.
- Support colleagues and contribute to process improvements.
What we expect from you:
- Higher education.
- 2+ years of experience in technical documentation administration or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Russian is an advantage.
- Experience in automotive, transport or fleet management is an advantage.
