SEO / GEO specialist

TIME RESISTANCE team is looking for an SEO / GEO specialist who would be responsible for our organic visibility and sales growth in search engines and AI search.

Work schedule: Mon - Fri, 08:00 -17:00
Work location: Centrinė g. 2A, Ramučiai (near Kaunas LEZ)

What we do
o We are TIME RESISTANCE - an international leather handbag and accessories brand, selling daily to customers in the USA, Canada, Australia and Europe.
o We sell through our own localized e-stores for different markets, such as www.timeresistance.com, www.timeresistance.de, www.timeresistance.it, etc.
o We also sell on international e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Etsy and others.

In this position, you will be able to focus on one international brand and one long-term project, rather than managing dozens of different clients at the same time. We have many localized e-shops, so it will be possible to start with the most important markets according to priorities and gradually adapt working solutions to others.

We are looking for someone who would like to take responsibility for the direction of organic growth, independently plan and implement work, and not just perform individual SEO tasks.

Main responsibilities

o SEO strategy planning and implementation.
o Analysis of keywords, competitors, search results and organic growth opportunities.
o SEO optimization of products, categories and other commercial pages.
o Technical SEO maintenance: indexing, canonical, redirects, sitemap, hreflang, crawlability, site structure and other technical SEO elements.
o Identification of SEO content needs, preparation of content briefs and optimization of existing content.
o Analysis and optimization of TIME RESISTANCE visibility in ChatGPT, Google AI Search, Perplexity and other AI search engines.
o Analysis of SEO results, organic traffic, positions and sales generated by the organic channel.
o Formulation of necessary technical changes and coordination of their implementation with programmers and other company employees.

Candidate requirements

o At least 2 years of practical SEO experience. We are looking for someone who is already able to independently plan and implement SEO work.
o Good understanding of on-page and technical SEO principles.
o Experience working with Google Search Console, GA4 and professional SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog or similar.
o Ability to perform keyword, competitor and search results analysis.
o Ability to independently set priorities, plan work and implement them consistently.
o Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on data.
o Interest in AI search, LLM and the changing search ecosystem.

o Structured data / Schema experience.
o Experience with GEO / AEO / AI Search optimization.
o Understanding of Digital PR and link building.

Salary

2,500–4,500 €/month excluding taxes

The specific remuneration will depend on the candidate's experience, competencies and ability to independently take responsibility for the SEO / organic growth direction.
