SEO / GEO specialist

BRN Agency is looking for reinforcements for the SEO department!

The main functions of this position are as follows:

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

• SEO audits of client websites: technical, content and link profile
• Technical SEO: indexing, site speed (Core Web Vitals), robots.txt, sitemap, redirects, canonical addresses
• Keyword research, search intent analysis and site structure planning
• On-page optimization: meta data, headings, internal links, image optimization
• Implementation of structured data (Schema.org)
• Preparation of content strategy and tasks for copywriters, optimization of published content
• Link strategy planning and attracting quality links
• Local SEO: Google Business Profile optimization
• Competitor analysis and opportunity search

GEO (Optimization for artificial intelligence searches):

• Brand visibility monitoring ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and other AI tools
• Adapting content so that AI tools cite it: clear structure, FAQ, facts, expertise (E-E-A-T)
• Analysis of clients' brand mentions and citation sources, competitor comparison
• Research and monitoring of AI search queries (prompts)
• Analysis of traffic coming from AI tools in Google Analytics 4

Reports and communication:

• Monitoring of positions, traffic, conversions and AI visibility
• Monthly reports and recommendations for clients
• Cooperation with Google Ads specialists and project managers

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience in SEO (at an agency or in a company)
• Skills in working with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4
• Experience with at least one SEO tool (Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar)
• Knowledge of technical SEO and content optimization
• Understanding of how AI search and language models work, willingness to delve into GEO
• Skills in working with CMS (WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify or similar)
• Excellent writing skills in Lithuanian, English
• Analytical thinking, independence and responsibility for the result

An advantage will be

• Practical GEO experience or use of AI visibility monitoring tools
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and structured data
• Experience with Google Ads or other digital marketing channels
• Experience with international (multilingual) projects
• Willing and able to learn quickly.
• Advantage: knowledge of other digital marketing advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
