GET READY TO:
- Execute on-page SEO (keywords, metadata, internal linking, content structure, redirects);
- Manage external content creators and ensure timely, high-quality delivery;
- Upload and optimize content, handle indexing, technical SEO, error checks, and performance tracking;
- Prepare SEO briefs (EN & LT);
- Collaborate with developers on technical SEO implementation of tasks and testing;
- Monitor SEO KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions) and share insights;
- Identify growth opportunities (e.g., content gaps);
- Manage multiple SEO projects across markets and stay updated on SEO trends.
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
- 2+ years of SEO experience
- Strong knowledge of GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
- Ability to conduct keyword research and competitor analysis independently
- Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data
- Good understanding of SEO principles and algorithms
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Clear communicator, able to explain complex topics simply
- Strong English skills (written and spoken)
