Nature of work:
- Management of clients' SEO projects, work planning and evaluation of results;
- Performance of SEO audits, keyword and competitor research and identification of improvement opportunities;
- Planning of internal and technical SEO, website structure and content optimization;
- Formulation of technical tasks, delegation to an assistant and implementation control;
- Monitoring, analyzing and determining an action plan for SEO results;
- Regular communication with clients, presentation of results and planning of further actions.
Requirements:
- Successful practical experience in managing SEO projects in an agency or company (experience in managing several projects is an advantage);
- Work experience with e-shops and foreign projects;
- Knowledge of internal and technical SEO, ability to analyze results and predict improvement directions;
- Knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog, Google Keyword Planner, etc. tools;
- Clear formulation/delegation of technical tasks;
- Professional communication with clients;
- Strong orientation to results;
- Very good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
Expectations for competence:
- Have at least 2 years of practical SEO experience in an agency or company.
- Can show a project where you grew traffic and explain why it grew.
- You are fluent in Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog, Google Keyword Planner, etc.
- Understand which link is useful and which is harmful.
- Have excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (written and spoken).
- Experience working with AI SEO and using their tools.
- Experience with e-shops and foreign projects.
